Vst Plugins Not Showing Up In Ableton

As the title says. Created a custom VST folder and copied 'Waveshell 9.92x64' to it. I am running 64-bit Ableton Live 10. I have also verified that the plugin installed correctly through Waves Central because I can see the 'Codex.bundle' filed in Program Filesx86/Waves/Plug-Ins V9. So far, I have managed to bring Mobius 2 via JBridge and Cubase Groove Agent 4 VST's into my custom plug-ins folder on Ableton Live 9 (64-bit) and Ableton sees them no problem so I obviously understand the process in general and Ableton is not the problem, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what AmpliTube 4 files I'm supposed to be. Standalone mode works fine but Reaktor 6 isn't showing in Ableton 9 64 bit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, to no avail. Reaktor 5 is still there as well as all the VSTs from Komplete 10. Ableton Live users: Plugin Alliance factory presets do not appear when using Audio Units format plugins in Live. Since this issue only affects the Audio Units format, we recommend that Live users use VST instead.

Please note that although announced at the same time as macOS Big Sur, Apple Silicon processors are an independent release with separate compatibility concerns for NI products. Compatibility with macOS Big Sur will not yet ensure compatibility with Apple Silicon processors.
